There's a definite nip in the air, and the evenings are getting darker. It can mean only one thing - it's wedding show season again! I spent last Sunday at a show in Frome, discussing the finer points of wedding stationery with some lovely couples.  I'd love to know your thoughts on wedding shows: Have you been to any yet? Do you find them helpful? If you've not been to one yet, are you planning to visit any? Or can you think of nothing worse to do on a Sunday...

One of the lovely things about exhibiting at wedding shows is meeting new suppliers, and I met a cracker on Sunday:  Based in Bath, florist Sarah Partridge at Wildflower Weddings sources all her flowers from within a 2 mile radius. Absolutely everything she uses in her stunning arrangements is in season (you know how I'm a sucker for seasonal...) the flowers available for a wedding in May and another in September will be completely different. For me, that's the real joy of Sarah's approach - celebrating the beauty that's constantly changing around us.
