Happy New Year!

2015. How did that happen so soon? Let me say first of all a great big HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all. Massive congratulations if you got engaged over the Christmas break! Are you used to that gorgeous sparkly ring on you finger yet?

The New Year always brings with it that feeling of a clean slate, a time to make plans and resolutions.  I have to admit I’m not big on resolutions, but I am a fan of plans. (And planners. I’m a little too excited to get out my brand new desk planner – it has integral post-it notes and everything!)  Here are some of  my plans and hopes for 2015:

Hand Printed Stationery Collection

This is the really big one.  At the end of last year I felt like I needed something to push me creatively, so I went on a screen-printing course. I fell in love with the process and it’s given me a whole lot of new possibilities to work with. I’m working hard on new designs and hope to be able to bring you my first hand printed stationery collection in the Spring.

Trip to Japan

As you may know, I love anything Japanese. Ever since we were lucky enough to visit in 2010, Craig and I have always wanted to go back. We’ve decided that this is the year, we just have to save REALLY hard to make it happen!

Paperfest

Paperfest is an annual get together for small stationery businesses. It’s a great chance to get inspired and be really geeky about paper.  Last year I didn’t get my act together and missed out, so I’ve booked my ticket already!

Esty

I’d love to offer the option of ordering online. Last year I started to explore having an Etsy shop, so watch this space…

And Finally...

Tomorrow it's back to ballet class and I would really love to be able to pirouette by the end of the year!

Whatever your plans for 2015, I hope you have a fabulous year.
